Seychelles IBC Ongoing Compliance Checklist
Stay compliant year after year with this Seychelles IBC checklist.

A Seychelles IBC is low-maintenance, but not zero-maintenance. Miss a renewal or an accounting obligation and you risk penalties or losing good standing. Keep these on an annual calendar.

Annual renewal
Pay your government fee and registered-agent renewal on time every year. This is the single most common thing that lapses - set a reminder well before the due date.
Accounting records
Seychelles now requires IBCs to keep accounting records and make them available to the registered agent. This is a real change from the old "no records" reputation - treat it as mandatory.
Beneficial-ownership register
Maintain an up-to-date register of beneficial owners as required under current regulations. Keep it current as ownership changes, not just at formation.
Stay current
Offshore rules evolve - review your obligations each year so nothing lapses. If you're still deciding whether an IBC fits, start with our Seychelles IBC guide.
We manage IBC renewals and compliance so you don't have to track it - let us handle the upkeep.
