Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of WeForm Online's company-formation and related services. Please read them together with our Privacy and Cookie policies.

1. About us

WeForm Online provides company-formation, corporate administration and related introductory services. We act as an agent facilitating incorporation and filings; we are not a law firm or a bank, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.

2. Our services

We prepare and submit your incorporation and, where selected, arrange add-on services (registered office, company secretary, renewals, introductions). Government registries, banks and other third parties make their own decisions on timelines and approvals, which are outside our control. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide, and for ongoing compliance once your company is formed.

3. Terms of payment

Fees are shown before checkout in the currency of the selected jurisdiction and, unless stated, exclude government fees and VAT/taxes. Payment is due before we begin work. Renewal and recurring services are billed in advance of each period. Third-party disbursements (government fees, courier, notarisation) are non-refundable once incurred.

4. Refund policy

Because incorporation work and third-party fees begin promptly after payment, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If we have not yet started, or if we are unable to deliver a service you paid for, contact us and we will refund the corresponding service fee (third-party disbursements already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded). Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply, are unaffected.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to incorporate the company, that the individuals named are genuine, and that the business is lawful. We are required to carry out identity (KYC/AML) checks and may decline or pause service where checks are incomplete or where we reasonably suspect misuse.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and decisions of registries, banks or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
